Component Alignment

Load PROTAC or ternary complex PDB for component alignment. Use the main viewer to enter a PDB ID from RCSB or paste a URL to a structure file.

After loading, use the viewer to rotate, zoom, and export the structure as PDB or PNG. For assembling or viewing the full ternary complex use Ternary Complex Assembly; for linker conformation preview use Linker Conformation. See Complex Export and Export formats for details.

Choose PDB file

Select a PDB file to view in the 3D viewer. Rotate, zoom, measure, and export from the viewer bar.

Or load by PDB ID or URL in the 3D Viewer.
