Visual PROTAC supports the following export formats. Use the right tool for the format you need; each format is available from specific workflows below.
Supported formats
- PDB (Protein Data Bank format)
3D atomic coordinates for the ternary complex (target–PROTAC–E3) or components. Download from the Ternary Complex Assembly or Component Alignment viewer after loading your PDB. Use in PyMOL, ChimeraX, or modeling pipelines.
- PNG
Screenshot of the current 3D view. Use the Export PNG button in the Ternary Complex Assembly or Component Alignment viewer for figures and presentations.
- PDF
PROTAC property report with warhead, linker, and E3 ligand MW, combined MW, logP, TPSA, and connection mass loss. Download from the PROTAC Molecular Weight tool after entering your warhead–linker–E3 SMILES.
Where to export from
- PROTAC Molecular Weight — PDF report (warhead, linker, E3 MW; combined MW, logP, TPSA).
- Ternary Complex Assembly — PDB, PNG for the loaded or assembled complex.
- Component Alignment — PDB, PNG for your uploaded structure.
- Linker Conformation — PNG of linker/conformation frames.
