What you can export
For PROTACs you can export 3D structures (PDB) of the ternary complex or components from the Ternary Complex Assembly or Component Alignment viewer, screenshots (PNG) for figures, and property reports (PDF) with warhead–linker–E3 molecular weight and physicochemical data from the PROTAC Molecular Weight tool. Where to export from
- PROTAC Molecular Weight (linker) — Enter warhead, linker, E3 ligand (SMILES); get combined MW, logP, TPSA; download PDF report.
- Linker Library — Browse linkers and use in PROTAC MW; export or copy SMILES for your design.
- Ternary Complex Assembly — Load or assemble target–PROTAC–E3 PDB; view and export PDB or PNG.
- Component Alignment — Load your complex or component PDB; view and export PDB or PNG.
- Linker Conformation — Preview linker conformations; export frames or PNG.
